Founder, Principal Designer
Shelby Brock's upbringing took place in a quaint rural Texas town, an environment that instilled in her an appreciation for life's simple joys and a deep affinity for design in the everyday world. While she cherished the advantages of her small-town upbringing, Shelby's post-high school aspirations led her to embark on a journey to explore how she could transform her passion for "design" into a lifelong career. Throughout her formative years, her fascination with design and construction remained unwavering. This calling became increasingly evident as she pursued both her bachelor's and master's degrees in interior design at Sam Houston State University.
Following her academic pursuits, an enriching internship, and several years in the retail sector, Shelby secured a position as a senior interior designer. Her tenure at various architectural firms afforded her valuable insights into the intricate realms of design and construction. After immersing herself in the field, Shelby decided to turn her entrepreneurial dream into reality, and in 2016, she established Shelby Brock Designs.
